The Harbour Buffet Apartment
- 635 South Side Road
has been totally refurbished. It is contemporary, chic,
bright, modern and meticulous -- with a very secluded
back yard. It is excellent for those visits to St. John’s
where you need more than one bedroom, and where you
require the use of a full kitchen. It has been designed
not just as a family home, but to also allow two consultants
to live independently, with two full bathrooms, as well
as a third on the main floor of the house.

The location is excellent; it backs
onto the 1,000 kilometer Newfie Bullet Trail (our narrow
gauge train system removed in 60s), which is excellent
for running and walking.
