The Kingwell Apartment - 635 South Side Road has been totally and recently refurbished. Every care has been taken to retrofit to the highest level. Adjoining walls, as well as floors have had extra insulation installed for comfort and sound. Contemporary furnishings and fittings abound – high gloss red kitchen, spa-style bathroom, lots of storage space.

This apartment has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large island. Double patio doors lead to a private deck. The apartment backs onto the 1,000 kilometer Newfie Bullet Trail (our narrow gauge train system removed in 60s), a great running and walking trail system.
