Apartment rental specifics

Cancellation Policy: A $250 deposit is required on all bookings. In all circumstances, except medical emergencies, cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations following arrival require 48 hours notice and forfeit the deposit. The deposit does not constitute partial payment for a cancelled booking."

Utilities: In the main, St. John's Executive Apartments' rates include all utilities - within reason. However, each unit has a pre-set heating allowance during winter months. This additional surcharge is designed to encourage clients to simply "not heat an empty apartment". If you turn down - not off - the thermostat when you leave, you should never encounter any additional heating charges.

Telephone: All St. John's Executive Apartments have telephone services. Local calls are free. Long distance is available. Your credit card will be billed $0.25 per minute for each Canadian or North American call; international rates may be as much as $0.50 per minute, depending on the actual rates charged by our long distance provider. Directory assistance, last call returned, and other tracking calls are billed at $2.00 per use.

Pets: St. John's Executive Apartments do not typically permit pets in their units. In the event that you do convince us to allow "your little baby" to join you, there will always be an extra cleaning charge, and your credit card will be charged for any damages. Hope you understand our policy in this regard.

Cleaning Services: St. John's Executive Apartments can provide additional cleaning services at a rate of $50 per hour for two cleaners.
